 Hyline Pullets. $40 each No Day Old you Teenager at present.

 We have these available on going, 

 We have a group who are starting to lay now.

 An other group who are approx  2 weeks from lay. The 3rd group are approx 4 weeks away from Lay.

​ They are all $40 each. We sell the closets to lay first, unless you want slightly younger ones.

 These Hens/ Pullets are your best layers. Also the best hens to keep in Back yards or run in Large Quantities. They ae very easy care, friendly girls, lay very well for 2 to 3year then may drop off some. If you Feed & care for them well they will keep producing for you.

It is a good Idea to feed quality feed & a variety of Grains & pellets with lot of Vitamins & Minerals.

Hens also need wormimg regular, Some products work better then others. Ask for advice. I use one mixed in feed most of the time. No with holding on eggs. I then use a pour on when not laying with a 14 day stand down. 

Mites is an other thing with all Poultry. I have a page here on my website with info on Mites.

Layer mix $35 Grains & Minerals Plus some Molasses. A basic feed can be feed dry with pellets or Bamp. I use this in most of my mixes.

Our Specialty Poultry mixes:  Which  are designed & made up at Taurimu. Only sold at Taurimu or on Delivery trips are as follows.

Prices are per 20 kg Bags All these products are available in 10 kg Bags @ $22 each.

Magic mix is our biggest seller @ $38 per 20kg Bag .

This consist of layer mix, Pellets, Grain mixes with Molasses ( not over done) Wheat, Maize, Barley, Peas, Flax seed, Sunflower seed, oats etc. ( May Vairy according to availability) Vitamins & minerals, Kelp, Garlic, livermol, magnesium etc.      $38 x 20kg

Basic Mix. ( This takes the place of our 50/50 Mix) 

 we have decided to cut the price on this Product & make it more economical for the Back yard person. It contains a mix of Pellets 18% Protein & a Layer mix with 16% Protein Calium & salts.​

If you would like to add our Specials to this mix just ask as we are going to offer this in mal lots.

 No Pellet mix. The above mix with out Pellets          $38 x 20 kg

 Bantam mix as above but Wheat & other grains are crushed finer for Young birds & Bantams  . More meat bird used Plus other Protein Products.                                                               $38 x 20kg.

Young Bird Mix. Much the same as Bantam mix finner grains for young birds

Even though I run my Business from home I do need some downtime plus I have many other things to do. For this reason, we divide the day as below.

Hyline Pickups 10.30 to 1pm

Feed& Hyline Pick-ups  after 1pm. & before 3.30 pm but out of hours can be arranged.

Hyline Pullets 10.30 to 1pm

Quick pick up of goods.  between 10 am & 10,30.

 We are busy feeding during 10.30 & 1p.m also 

Please try to order Feed & Birds before you come. This is to save waiting & traffic Jams.

 NO EFTPOS, pay online pay at least a day before you pick up.

 Or cash on pick up.

If you want a late pickup, order before 10a.m, It can be left at the gate  & paid for at the time of ordering. It is then your responsibility.  I will not be responsible for orders not picked up. Gates are locked at 3p.m Winter 4pm Summer.

Please note I don't have eftpos, the Internet is very poor. Please bring Cash or pay before you come.
